The Perfect Match

Hi, it’s Kosmo and today was my day! I was adopted today by my new mom and dad who are going to spoil me like crazy! They were all ready and waiting for me when I came. They had my crate set up with a soft comfy pad inside and a bunny toy sitting inside there waiting to be played with. Next to my crate was a big basket with lots more toys to play with and what’s the coolest thing about that? All those toys were just for me! I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to play with first so I gave all the toys some play time. I have to check them all out you know so I can choose my favorite. I kept going to my toy basket to get a new toy until it was all empty and all my toys were on the living room floor but mom and dad didn’t mind. They loved that I played with all the toys they bought for me. I just wanted to show them that I think they have good taste in toys! My dad is really fun to play with too. We played chase in the house and mom had fun watching us run through the rooms and we didn’t get in trouble at all! We live near hiking trails so I know I’m going to get lots of exercise outdoors going on hikes. Dad says that I’m going to be his exercise buddy and I will help him get back in shape. He doesn’t know yet how serious I will take that responsibility! And do you want to know just how spoiled I’m going to be? I get to go to work with my parents, I don’t need to stay at home and wait for them to come home like a lot of other dogs do. I am such a lucky boy to be able to spend so much time with my family! They are so happy to have me in their lives and I feel the same way about them!
