Opal
Hi, my name is Opal, I am a 1.5 old year old spayed female White Shepherd. I am on the smaller side, weighing in at 48 pounds so I am the perfect size for anyone! I am a very active and sweet girl so I have a lot of puppy in me still. I am crate and house trained. I have been trained since I came into the rescue and know sit, down, stand, stay and I also pee and poop on command! I walk pretty well on a leash but I am still learning that I have to pay attention to my walker. I did not have a very good start in my life because I was pretty badly abused by my past owner. But I am not at all aggressive and have learned that humans are not bad at all. I always approach with caution but warm up very quickly and I love to be petted. I need a family that is patient and will settle in quite nice in a home environment that is normal and calm. I love other dogs, even puppies, I play well with them.
