Foster Homes Needed!

Do you love German Shepherds and have been looking for a way to help this amazing breed? Consider fostering one of our wonderful dogs! We are currently looking for qualified foster homes in the Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County areas. Our foster program is a little bit different from what you may have experienced in the past. The dogs we rescue spend at least a couple of weeks in our own homes first so that we can get them healthy and evaluate their temperament and personality. This allows us to place the dog in an appropriate foster home. All our dogs are healthy, spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations prior to entering a foster home. That allows our foster families to focus on providing a loving environment where the dog feels safe and happy. Fostering is a very rewarding experience especially when you see the difference you are making in the dog’s life. There may be times when the dog will come into your home shy, underweight and without any training. As the dog puts on weight and starts to learn basic commands and gains confidence, it is really fulfilling knowing that you are the reason that he or she is making so much positive progress. And we will be there to support you every step of the way!
