Xander
I am Xander with an X. I know it seems kinda silly but my name kinda fits me! I am a 1-1/2 year old neutered male. I was surrendered by my owners to GSSH because they could not handle my chewing and barking. The funny thing is I have not done that at all in my new foster home. I have a scar on my nose because my old family would put a muzzle on me and I would always try to get it off and it scraped up my nose. But don’t let that affect your decision to want to meet me! I am an awesome and I mean AWESOME DOG!! I am crate and house trained but do get a little anxious if I am left in there when my foster brother and sisters are let out and I am still in there. I love playing with other dogs but if they do not play with me, I sometimes bark at them but I am just trying to tell them, “hey I want to play too and don’t leave me out!” I like balls, toys and white bones to play with and chew on. I have never chewed on anything I am not supposed to. I am great with all ages of children and I especially love cats, they are fun to hang out and nap with. I walk excellent on a leash and know the commands sit, stay and down. Oh, I forgot to tell you, I like to give you kisses! All I ask is for you to give me a life that I deserve and provide me with a nice, warm bed, good food, exercise and be willing to work through any problems that might arise and of course, keep me for my entire life. If you are able and willing to do that all for me, I will give you more love and affection than you could ever want and be there for you for the rest of my life!
