Hi, my name is Vail, I am a 10 month old sable-white neutered male. I am one big puppy, weighing in at 76 pounds and I am underweight! Just look and you can count my ribs but my foster dad is helping me get to a healthy weight. I know, when you look at my face, you can see wrinkles on my forehead but that’s just because I still have a lot of growing to do! As I grow, I’m going to fill out and be an even more handsome boy once I’m fully grown!
I am in a home with several other dogs and I love to play with them. I love toys, balls and anything that squeaks. I am house and crate trained but I have to admit that I am still getting used to being in the crate. My foster dad and I are working on getting me to walk good on a leash but it is so hard to remember my training when I see another dog because I want to go meet them and play! I know sit and I am learning stay and down but like I said before, I am a big puppy that loves to play so sometimes I get distracted. I have a lot of energy and want to use it all so that’s why I love to play so much. I am also very sweet and love to give kisses.
I need someone that can be a very strong leader and give me direction so I will grow up to be a very well behaved dog. Being a puppy, it will take work, time and patience but with the right leadership, I will be the most wonderful dog ever!
