Eli

Hi, my name is Eli. I am a 1 year old neutered male and weigh around 76 pounds. I am very playful and love to run with my foster brothers and sisters. I need to be in a home that is very active because I need a lot of exercise every day like walking and running. Also, the best home for me would be one with another German Shepherd that I can play with all the time. If I don’t get lots of exercise or get to play a lot, I get bored and frustrated and will try to escape from the house. I am still a puppy and I like to play with balls and all kinds of toys. I walk really well on a leash and I am good when I see other dogs on my walk. I like spending the day in my crate when daddy goes to work because I know it is my safe place and he can not believe how quiet I am when I am in there. Even though I love to play, I can also just lay around and relax with my foster brothers and sisters. I am very good with other dogs and sometimes when they are acting up, I will correct them. I hear my foster dad say all the time that I am too smart for my own good! I think that means I am really smart and that I am a 10 out of 10 for a dog. I know sit and stay and will give you love but it will be very subtle because I am a shy guy. I love my foster dad and he loves me, I just hope that I can find someone to love me just as much as he does. Please put my name, Eli, on the adoption application for your next young boy!
